This class will take place in person, but it will also be available virtually via Zoom. To register, please visit the Yoga Height’s app or website, or use the MindBody app and search for Yoga Heights.

Please Note: Starting this Sunday, Aug. 15, we will be requiring students to be vaccinated or show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of class to attend indoor classes. Students will need to show their card at the front desk when entering. All teachers are required to be vaccinated.
