Please join me for a mid-week reset every Wednesday. We will start the day (or end the day for some, depending on your time zone) with a gentle hour of Yin Yoga. We will also explore some breath work and a grounding śavāsana. No yoga experience is required. No particular attire is required, but it is helpful to wear clothing that can stretch.
My intention is to bring this restorative practice to as many people as possible, so the class is free with a donation option.
