Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing Workshop

  • Yoga Heights - Takoma 255 Carroll Street Northwest Washington, DC, 20012 United States (map)

Please join us for a unique blend of restorative yoga nidra and sound healing workshop, a two-hour offering designed to provide a profoundly therapeutic and transformational experience. This session, guided by Matthew Lyons and Ben Brown, will help you settle into your body and relax your mind and spirit. You will be guided through a deeply relaxing meditative practice, including a sound bath experience, to expand and amplify your journey. Using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments, you will be wrapped in a serene, healing environment, soothing your mind, body, and spirit.

The session concludes in community with others as a time to connect and reflect on our experiences. We aspire to set the conditions for you to sincerely unwind and leave the workshop feeling refreshed, renewed, and fully connected to your being.
