In this three-hour workshop, I will guide you toward greater awareness of your breath and body and offer practices—including yin yoga, restorative yoga, sound healing, and breathing practices—to help you gently release habitual tension. Finally, you'll take a soothing trip inward with Yoga Nidra to reconnect with or discover where ease, peace, and joy already resides within you. My intention is that after taking this deeply restful journey with me, you'll step back into the world with a renewed sense of peace and tools to address stress as it shows up in the holiday season and in your daily life as we head into a new year.
